The vision behind it is to dismantle the failure politically, socially and personally. Yet, failure is a major taboo and not enough talked about.
CVs are finally tuned to show success. Failures and setbacks don’t feature, or are carefully concealed. However, both entrepreneurs and employees who do not reach their career goals experience failure.

This year, Prof. Dr. Andrea Steinhilber, Graduate in Business Administration, DHBW Stuttgart will present how she led a sawmill company into insolvency. After a new orientation she is now professor at the DHBW in Stuttgart.
Daria Saharova will also be on stage. She started her career with KPMG and later with the investment bank Jefferies. She worked as an investment manager for SevenVentures, which is a member of the ProSiebenSat.1 media group, and Holtzbrinck. Daria Saharova is a partner at Vito One, a company that invests in young start-ups.
In addition, Markus Bonsels, long-time HR manager at Johnson & Johnson, Beiersdorf and most recently Head of HR at Amazon Europe, will be present his story at the Zukunft Personal. Today, he is an HR consultant and wine producer.
